NUTRITION

It's more about learning good habits than counting calories. Don't get sucked into unsustainable diets. Learn habits that build skills for you to achieve your goals. 

COACHING

Learn what your body can and cannot do in the gym. Get a complete workout program with proper technique training to reach your goals and feel safe.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Meet with your coach regularly outside of your sessions. Discuss how to overcome challenges and obstacles blocking the path to your goals.

Exercise Properly

We use tools to discover what exercises are good for you, bad for you, and which ones to use caution with. This allows us to guide you in learning new exercises, performing exercises correctly, and avoiding the ones that are bad for you. With this information, we create programs and coaching styles for YOU. 

Not taking the time to learn about your body before exercise can lead to orthopedic conditions. Orthopedic conditions are not only injuries, but anything affecting your skeleton, muscles, and joints inhibiting you with dysfunction and pain. Ignoring a dysfunction when your body is not moving correctly will let it evolve into pain and injuryUltimately, leaving you unsuccessful on your fitness journey.

Nutrition for You

Counting calories is necessary sometimes but it is no way to live. Instead, learn habits and develop skills to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. We follow fundamental principles in nutrition to guide you right where you are at. In most cases, you know what is healthy and what is not. Let us guide you where you're at in life and show you simple behavior changes to be successful. As you develop good nutritional habits and skills we will continue to progress your understanding of nutrition. This leads to feeling successful at nutrition, developing a healthy lifestyle, and reaching your goals.

Accountability

Exercising without a program will get you nowhere. Trying to change your lifestyle with exercise alone will also get you nowhere. Coaching moves beyond exercising in the gym and provides guidance outside of your session. Meet with your coach on a regular basis to discuss the obstacles and challenges you're facing in real-time. The accountability meeting is there for you to discuss, in a one-on-one setting, things like nutrition, sleep, recovery, or what to do between sessions, etc. After all, you spend only 3 - 6 hours a week working out. That leaves 162 - 165 hours a week to undo everything you are working hard for.
